Dial-In Dictation Instructions:

 

1. Dial 1 866-578-4357
2. At “Please enter User ID” prompt, enter your ID Code followed by the “#” sign.
3. The system will say “Waiting for dictation system command”
4. Press “2” to begin dictating.
5. To separate/create new documents without redialing, press “8”. To end dictation and disconnect, press “5”.
 

Telephone Keypad Codes

1 – REWIND to the beginning

2 – RECORD Press to Record, Press to Hold

 

3 – FAST FORWARD to the end of the job

4 – REWIND to the beginning and PLAY

5 – PLAY to the end of the job

 

6 – FAST FORWARD a few seconds then PLAY

7 – REWIND a few seconds then PLAY

8 – STOP

 

9 - SAVE the current job and Start a New Job

* – PRIORITY

# – SAVE the current job and hang up
